About Lorraine Moquay
Lorraine Moquay was born in France in 1981 to an artistic family from Saint-Denis, a town just outside Paris.

After just one year her parents decided to move to Phoenix Arizona where Lorraine began her life as an international member of the world, studying for 10 years in the American school system, learning to speak three languages, whilst still travelling to Europe every summer.

She continued her international adventure when she left Arizona to learn theatre in Boston, becoming a stage manager for over 200 people at the young age of 15.

A year later Lorraine enrolled in Newtown Performing Arts (Sydney, Australia), began discovering the immense talent present in Australia, and soon after enrolled in Bradfield College.

She was then presented with the life changing experience of working with an educational theatre company which aimed at teaching children about disease prevention through theatre. This led her to discover a new love for film and drove her to enrol in Film School. After receiving her diploma she went on to work in various projects as a production manager, casting director, and writer.

Feeling an urge to reconnect herself with her artistic roots she decided to enrol in Enmore Design Centre where she learnt costume design, event management, and a variety of other design courses.

Lorraine’s art took a new angle and she flew to Paris to make a cast of her body, representing the changes in the perception of female beauty through history. Wanting to create art that could transform the image of any women no matter what size, Lorraine decided to venture into the world of jewellery.

Jewellery to Lorraine is an entry point into fashion available to all women. Every woman wants to feel beautiful, yet not every woman can fit into a mini skirt or wear a boob tube, but any woman will look beautiful and sophisticated with a piece of art around her neck. Therefore, Lorraine hopes that her art will be passed on, elevating the women who buy them, leaving them feeling empowered and beautiful.
