Marianne Newman Gallery offers shoppers the latest private/public key encryption by utilising a secure server. Our Secure Server Certification is your guarantee that all of your financial and personal details are encrypted for protection of your privacy while in transit.You should see a padlock at the bottom of your screen to indicate that the form is on a secure site. In addition financial and credit card details will be deleted at the earliest convenience and not remain stored on the website.

Due to inconsistencies of digital imaging and computer monitors which all display colour slightly differently, some variations in colour is to be expected in representation of the artwork.

Ownership of the artworks does not pass to the purchaser until total payment/funds has been received by Marianne Newman Gallery. 

Credit card payments (Visa and Mastercard are accepted through our secure, automated online ordering system provided by Eway.

All advertised prices are in Australian dollars (AUD$) A Currency converter is available for your convenience, however please be aware that credit card conversion rates may differ.

Packaging and shipping costs are paid by the purchaser.
All artworks are insured during transit and will require acknowledgement of receipt.

Once the artwork has been packed and despatched Marianne Newman Gallery will not be held accountable for damage during transfer.

Import duties and local taxation for deliveries outside Australia are the responsibility of the receiver.

All orders will be despatched within 4 days of receiving the order. Method of shipment is through the Australian postal service and will generally be received in Australia within 5-7 working days from despatch. Shipments to remote areas may take longer.

All orders to be sent to countries other than Australia will be sent Airmail arriving anywhere up to 20 working days. There may be unforeseen circumstances at the destination or within the freight company that we have no control of, however we will do our utmost to ensure your freight is carried out safely and timely. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Please notify us if your order has not been received within 20 days from the date of placement. We will track the shipment and advise when it is due to arrive.

We will accept returns under certain conditions (below) and if the print is returned to us in its original state, we will issue a refund.

Acceptable reasons for a refund  

1.  You have received the wrong work. Marianne Newman Gallery must be This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it within 5 days of receipt to arrange the return.

2.  You have received a damaged work.... We will require photographic evidence of damaged artwork and packaging or evidence that the parcel has been tampered with.  If the work arrives with damaged packaging that you think may have caused the artwork to be damaged please take photographs before opening package.

3.   In cases where proof of authenticity was offered but proves to be inadequate, or you suspect fraud or forgery, please contact the gallery.

Returns must be re-packaged in precisely the same way as received on delivery.
